Set SSID

The service set identifier (SSID) is the name of the wireless network that your devices should connect to. Itron provides your SSID, which an administrator enters into FDM. After you sync with the server, the SSID is available to Field Tools.

To set the SSID, open a session with the device, go to Network Tools > Set SSID, then select from the dropdown list in the SSID field.
